Persevering Growth: The worlds largest seed vault is locked away in Svalbard, a Norwegian archipelago. This vault preservers the most common and most rare seeds around the globe. In case of a global famine crisis, the vault acts as a food supply backup storage. In response to a 99% Invisible podcast titled The Vault, I created wallpaper prints from single seed photographs and arranged the seeds in a decorative manner. My goal is to take the fundamental basics, seeds, and camouflage them in a real use situation, i.e wall paper. Walls reminded me of the description the inside of the vault. What if your home could house the next century of seeds in case of an environmental global crisis, at least we could still live.
